Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill in the quote form on this site, that is:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the type of work you are asking about
• whatever you write in the message box

We do not ask for payment details on this website and we never will.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote your job, and keep in touch about that job. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

How it reaches us

Quote form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our web provider, PlainBlack Creative, using an email delivery service. They are processed only to get the message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them for the job and our normal business records. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will do it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jackson@mintexterior.com.au or call 0449 533 376 and we will sort it out.
